Sublimeurs’ purpose is to enable diners to know how the products they see or consume in a restaurant have been sourced and produced. It features restaurants that follow an eco-responsible approach and collaborate directly with local producers, artisans and traders. This ensures that the diners have a unique and authentic experience and are able to discover artisanal products in an ideal environment – a restaurant.
Origin of the Project
The idea of the startup came to Alaude in 2016 when she was at a restaurant with her family. She saw her mother lift her plate to find out its brand. The plate was made by a local craftsman in collaboration with the restaurant owner. This made Alaude realise that hotels and restaurants are incredible places to discover quality handmade products.
