By enabling entrepreneurs to conduct the auto-diagnostic of their project and obtain self-designed customized guidance, SKEMA Business School is innovating and reversing the approach of entrepreneurial mentoring.
Are you working on an entrepreneurial project? Do you want to test how mature and solid your project is and avoid missteps or venturing into the unknown?
SKEMA Ventures is offering you a tool to conduct the auto-diagnostic of your project. By answering a set of questions, you will be able to identify the strong points of your project and those that need strengthening. Designed by SKEMA Ventures’ faculty-entrepreneurs with our partner Uperia, the auto-diagnostic tool is part of the initial stage of the SKEMA Ventures value chain that will guide you through the different steps of ideation, market testing, business modeling, and preparation for launching. You will be able to determine how robust your project is and consolidate your entrepreneurial approach by implementing the personalized recommendations and action plan that you will self-generate, as your own self-mentor.
We recommend that you respond to the questionnaire in a very objective way, avoiding overvaluing or undervaluing the situation.
The diagnostic can be conducted in either English or French. To use the tool, click here.
To support the auto-diagnostic, the SKEMA Ventures team has designed an entrepreneurial toolkit, which includes a strategic market analysis tool, financial diagnostic tool, business modeling tools, as well as different MOOCs. The SKEMA Entrepreneurial Toolkit is available online on the SKEMA Ventures blog.
To refine the construction of your project, we remind you that the KCenter gives you access to many sectoral or financial online databases via https://kcenter.skema.edu/.
We hope you’re able to make good use of the diagnostic!
PLEASE NOTE: The tool is currently available only to the SKEMA community.
