Père & Fish is a casual fast-food restaurant that specializes in a novel concept of quality fish burgers.
Unique Value Proposition
The value proposition of the project lies in the fact that the product is rare and not available elsewhere in the market. Usually, fish burgers are often sold as breaded cod burgers with tartar sauce. Père & Fish has developed its original recipes with a culinary designer and offers in the restaurant a unique atmosphere of “fishmonger 2.0” adapted to the fast-casual snack requirements of customers.
Origin of the Project
Antony is the son and grandson of fishmongers. He grew up helping his parents in their fish shop and wanted to perpetuate his family’s core business through an innovative project. It was after meeting Ava, Charles, and Alexandre in SKEMA’s Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation program that he developed the idea of launching this novel concept of burgers.
