Get national recognition for your entrepreneurial project! Prix Pépite is a national award to encourage student entrepreneurship. It was created by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) to encourage entrepreneurship among young people in higher education, strengthen support for the creation of innovative companies, and to better support the development of emerging projects with the support of PÉPITE.

Since 2019, Bpifrance has been a partner in this initiative and is co-organizing the competition.

Benefits

The regional winners of Prix Pépite 2019 will benefit from the visibility and support provided by Pépite to develop their projects. The jury will select 7 projects out of which a national winner will be announced who will receive an endowment of €10,000. The award ceremony will take place on October 10 as part of a big event organized by Bpifrance.

Eligibility

Project leaders, students or young graduates of any nationality who have been working for less than three years to create an innovative company are eligible to apply.

Any innovative business creation project can be presented. It can be non-technological innovation (service, social, organizational or usage) or technological innovation (product, process, materials, etc.). Projects must provide for the creation of a company located in France. If the company has already been created, it must be established in France and not have been created before July 1, 2018. If the company has not been created and is selected by the jury, it must be created no later than June 30, 2021, to receive the €10,000 endowment.
