Do you have a disruptive idea or startup in the food production, transformation and logistics, or consumption sector? The FAMAE Foundation, which supports innovation in the field of environment, has launched the Food For Good Challenge with a prize of €2 million up for grabs.
The competition is focused on one of the main environmental challenges of the future: the food chain. It aims at supporting pragmatic, efficient, durable, universal and money-saving solutions that have the potential to make life easier for urban citizens while reducing their environmental footprint. The projects will be evaluated by a group of jury comprising business leaders, renowned scientists or experts in the fields of technology, sustainable development or circular economy.
To enter the competition, you will have to fill out an application (in French or English) on FAMAE’s website before February 14. The applications will be evaluated by the jury and the final selection will be made by the end of May. There are four main criteria for project selection: innovation, impact, feasibility, and quality of the team.
The winners will stand a chance to receive funding of up to €2 million and the support of experts.
If you have a project in the food and beverage industry with sustainability at its core, apply for this challenge now!
