Nicolas, Cédric, Thibaut and Axel, who are alumni of SKEMA, have something in common. All four young entrepreneurs have launched their own business after graduating. In this interview, they share their experience with Major-Prépa and explain how they benefited from SKEMA’s guidance, especially in entrepreneurship.
Nicolas
Nicolas created Sebraf, a company that gives local councils and farmers the opportunity to maintain their green spaces without using any kind of pesticides. This is done through mulching or by using reprocessed wastes.
He presents SKEMA as a formation entity rather than just as a school. “SKEMA enabled me to get an overview of what entrepreneurship is and to know how to develop a company… It makes us entrepreneurs…”

Cedric & Thibaut
Cédric and Thibaut graduated from SKEMA last year in MSc Luxury and Fashion Management and MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation, respectively. Together, they created a company named Bieropolis, an eCommerce website, which offers a selection of beers that are issued from the best micro-breweries and handmade breweries. They are directly delivered to people’s houses through a subscription-based system.
Emphasizing the strength of SKEMA’s community and the support they have received from the School, the entrepreneurs say, “We still have SKEMA’s support… It connected us to a vast network that has helped us start the commercialization of our product.”

Axel
Time N’ Joy, an online platform created by Axel, allows one to know, in real time, events that are related to one’s personal interests. A student of SKEMA’S Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, he launched it right after his graduation.
Emphasizing more on the financial aspect, he says, “SKEMA provided me a lot of help regarding finance.” In 2016, Axel won Challenge SKEMA which helped him win the money he needed to launch his business.
