Entrepreneurship is an integral part of SKEMA Business School’s DNA. Fostering social entrepreneurship and sustainability are among the primary objectives of the school, as reflected in the Glocal Institution axis of the school’s SKY25 strategic plan. Thus, to highlight important players involved in social entrepreneurship, share the progress made in achieving sustainable development goals and the best practices for creating and developing an impact project, SKEMA Ventures is organizing the Social Ventures Summit in an online format on March 16.

About the summit
The event’s objective is to present successful social entrepreneurs, collaborations with partners, new growth models, and the different funding and support options available to develop this sector. It will include various activities such as talks by leading industry professionals such as Jean-Philippe Courtois, EVP and president of Microsoft Global Sales, Marketing & Operations, and president of SKEMA Business School’s board of directors; Jean-Pierre Blanc, director of Cafés Malongo; Alice Guilhon, dean and executive president of SKEMA Business School; and Philippe Chereau, director of SKEMA Ventures, among others.

Besides this, the SKEMA Social Ventures Summit will include a research corner, startup workshops, startup pitching sessions, and a startup form.
