Startup Kafe, the friendly pitching and networking event for our entrepreneurs organised by SKEMA Ventures, is back! Pitch your business idea in an informal and conducive environment or listen to the pitches of other students. It will be held at the Belo Horizonte campus on October 5 and in Lille, Paris and Sophia Antipolis on October 11. For pitchers, physical presence is mandatory. Those among the audience who won’t be able to attend it at the campus can watch the live stream online.
About Startup Kafe
At the Startup Kafe, you can share your startup concept with other students, alumni, and entrepreneurs from The Venture Family through a two-minute “elevator pitch” and obtain feedback and inspiration to develop it further. This is a good opportunity for you to explore your idea in an informal environment and develop it over the course of your studies.
Entrepreneurs from SKEMA’s partner schools will also attend the event, so it’s a good opportunity for students to diversify their network! Further, successful SKEMA alumni entrepreneurs will share their experiences with the participants and provide valuable advice. As limited places are available for pitching, we recommend you register as soon as possible. Pitchers will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Students with an entrepreneurial mindset are welcome to listen to the pitches.
