Telecom Valley is launching the 17th edition of Challenge Jeunes Pousses on October 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at SKEMA Business School, Sophia Antipolis campus.
SKEMA Business School has been a long-time partner of Challenge Jeunes Pousses, an entrepreneurship contest for students. Its objective is to help them develop an innovative company in diverse sectors such as tourism, social or technology in six months. As part of a multidisciplinary team, students will receive coaching from entrepreneurs and experts on various aspects of business creation such as technical, commercial, legal, financial and organizational.
The competition will help them learn business creation skills and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. It will also provide students with practical tools to develop their projects and act as a professional accelerator by allowing them to broaden their network with local companies. Every year, students from SKEMA team up with students from other academic institutions and reach the final round. Challenge Jeunes Pousses aims to create a bridge between the academic world and the economic environment.
The contest is free and open to students from the French Riviera who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, a Ph.D., or young graduates who hold the ‘statut étudiant entrepreneur’ status.
Registration is open till October 12. To register for the event or obtain more details, visit http://www.challengejeunespousses.fr
