SKEMA VENTURES and CRESCENDERS collaborate to offer incubation and acceleration to SKEMA entrepreneurs in China. Founded by Chali ZHOU (SKEMA 2015), CRESCENDERS Incubator offers coworking spaces dedicated to facilitate the tasks of start-ups and entrepreneurs. Thanks to this partnership, SKEMA students and alumni entrepreneurs will benefit from a diversified and competitive range of services to launch or accelerate their startups: coaching and mentoring in the conduct of the entrepreneurial project, free incubation during the first 6 months, facilitation of administrative processes, in-depth interpretation of laws, expertise in market research, identification of local business partners, and support in research for funding. The portfolio of services offered by CRESCENDERS to SKEMA entrepreneurs has been co-designed and customized together with SKEMA VENTURES. Besides, CRESCENDERS offers complementary services that are essential to support entrepreneurs’ daily life: catering, meeting and presentation areas, communication and media teams, IT maintenance.

The coaching and support services proposed by CRESCENDERS will be provided both within SKEMA campus in Suzhou and Xuzhou, where CRESCENDERS headquarters are located. Xuzhou is located in the heart of the HuaiHai Economic Zone, midway between Shanghai and Beijing and 2 hours from Suzhou by fast train. CRESCENDERS Incubator is therefore evolving in a local context with strong potential, the city of Xuzhou having been designated by the Chinese government as a priority area for innovation and entrepreneurship.
As an entrepreneur and SKEMA graduate himself, Chali is fully trained to SKEMA VENTURES entrepreneurial methods and tools. He is also a very active member of the Venture Family and is involved in the Venture Factory as a coach of entrepreneurial projects in China. He perfectly reflects SKEMA VENTURES glocal entrepreneurial mindset: a global vision of entrepreneurship strongly anchored in the best of each local ecosystem.
